Wildlife Safety Reminder

Please Leash up for Wildlife!!

Baby wildlife are trying to survive their most vulnerable time right now. Mother deer and elk will hide their young fawns and leave them to forage. They may hide them around your yard or under a bush along a trail. Fawns will stay very still to avoid detection. Please keep dogs leashed or contained during this time to avoid your pet accidentally finding a young fawn. This can be very dangerous for the dog as well as the young animal as mothers are very protective.
