Similar cards should be in the wallets of all pet parents. These are being sent to our clients. The reverse side has our numbers listed, as well as space for medical & miscellaneous notes & the vet number. There are some without our info in the comments. Anyone is welcome to use them. I've shared in fb and nextdoor community groups. Please share the blank cards to keep our pets safe.
