          Keith & Nalina Matthews!

 

 

Keith Matthews, CTA-CDTK, FFCP - DT, is a Certified Dog Trainer who graduated from Catch Canine Trainers Academy. He is Fear Free Certified &  owns S&W. S&W is Keith's second successful dog training, walking & pet sitting business. He sold A Tender Touch Pet Services in 2005 upon relocating to Bend. ​

 

Keith's animal related experience includes:

* Worked with a baboon

* Worked with a wolf from the movie White Fang 2

* 24 years as a Pet Sitter & Dog Walker

* 15 years as a Dog Trainer

* 12 years as the General Manager of 2 Grooming Salons

* 12 years as a Cat & Dog Groomer

* 9 years as Owner / Operator of 2 successful pet service businesses

* 4 years as a Veterinary Assistant

* 2 years working at a reptile shop

* 2 years working at a kennel

* 1 year working at The Humane Society

* Experienced caring for ferrets, farm animals, reptiles & more

* Experienced training & caring for deaf, blind, reactive, aggressive, fearful, anxious, elderly & young dogs

* Experienced in helping mama dogs & puppies during the birthing process

* Lifelong cat & dog parent​

 

 

Nalina Matthews, ACOI, ACOII, FFCP - PS, DTA, is a twice certified Animal Control Officer, Fear Free Certified Professional Pet Sitter, Dog Trainer Assistant, & Owner / Operator of S&W

 

Nalina's animal related experience includes:

 

* 20 years of learning about dog training (hands on, videos & literature) while married to a dog trainer

* 14 years as a Pet Sitter & Dog Walker

* 6 years as a Dog Trainer Assistant with Keith's training sessions

* 3.5 years as Owner / Operator of Sits & Wiggles

* 1 year volunteering with The Humane Society

* Experienced caring for blind, reactive, fearful, anxious, elderly & young dogs

* Experienced caring for farm animals & common household pets* Lifelong cat & dog parent

 

Keith & Nalina have been providing pet care services to the Bend community since 2012. They enjoy being with their two & four legged kiddos, traveling, meeting new people & animals & connecting with nature.
